Customer needs to know
Is this the right service for my transaction?
- What type of plan is required?
- What information should I provide?
- Where does the service operate?
- How quickly can the work happen?
Case study · Lease Plans Online
A strategic, editorial, visual and technical redesign for an established specialist business whose website had fallen behind the quality of the real service.
Lease Plans Online produces accurate, compliant plans for commercial property transactions. The work depends on technical knowledge, responsiveness and trust, while the previous website no longer gave customers a sufficiently clear view of the service.
The redesign began with the business itself: who enquires, the questions they bring, the evidence that builds confidence and the information Gabrielle needs before she can quote or schedule the work.
Service categories, property terminology, geographic coverage, timescales and plan requirements were reorganised around the questions a customer needs answered before making contact.

The new structure distinguishes primary services, practical guidance, next steps and trust material. Calls to action match the customer’s stage and the information they’re ready to provide.
The contact journey helps potential customers understand what information’s useful and gives the business a stronger starting point for quoting and scheduling.
The visual approach uses warmer surfaces, calm typography and structured information blocks to give the specialist service a distinctive, credible presence.
Stronger editorial headings and a stable reading measure support the property and service content.
Screens and diagrams are used where they help customers understand the work, while imagery remains purposeful and specific.
The interface keeps the specialist service, evidence and customer decisions at the centre of the presentation.
The live site work includes responsive implementation, search metadata, structured data, canonical rules, hardened forms, authenticated email delivery, accessibility improvements and ongoing Search Console review.
This is not a pixel-for-pixel recreation of the same page. It shows the underlying change in information hierarchy: from long, loosely grouped service information to clearer choices, trust signals and next steps.
The site now gives clients a much clearer picture of what I do and makes the whole enquiry process easier from the beginning.
